There is no additional fee to cancel your ticket, but importantly, if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of booking.

Cancellation

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation do not qualify for discounts. We do not accept cancellations via email; cancellations are accepted only over the phone. Refunds cannot be guaranteed, as they depend on airline and hotel policies. Many reservations are non-refundable based on airline rules.

Refund

Refunds depend on airline and hotel terms and conditions. If you cancel within 24 hours, refund eligibility is higher if the policy allows. Refunds are processed only to the original payment method.

Processing typically takes 10–15 business days, though banks may take longer, and in rare cases up to 60–90 days. Service fees are non-refundable unless cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
